The Super Battle Droid is ready to blast its way into your collection. This announcement came with much expectation following the opening of preorders for the Battle Droid figure by Hot Toys a few months back. The new sixth scale Super Battle Droid figure is based on its initial appearance in the Geonosis arena battle. It features a new mechanical structure with metallic paint applications, a wide range of articulations, and a sand-themed display stand.
Personally, I was expecting this figure to be made of diecast much like din djarin’s armour with the Mandalorian figure. Will we see a diecast version in the future? Possibly, but none the less this metallic painted version still looks sick.
